David
S. Fischer is an associate handling general practice matters. His
practice focuses on representing individuals and corporations in a wide
variety of civil matters.
Mr. Fischer has handled for his clients numerous complex Estate administration cases, ancillary administration proceedings, lost Will proceedings, kinship hearings and complex will and accounting contests. He has also aided in the recovery of substantial escheated assets and the recovery of looted assets. For his commercial clients, Mr. Fischer has negotiated, drafted and implemented complex multi-party international agreements including joint ventures, international structured finance and mergers and acquisitions. As part of his general practice, Mr. Fischer regularly drafts wills/trusts and handles real estate and business contracts and closings. Mr. Fischer provides various pro bono services for local community and religious organizations. Mr. Fischer is a member of the American Bar Association (member, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section), the New York State Bar Association, the Queens County Bar Association (member, Surrogate's Court, Estates and Trusts Section), and the New York County Lawyers Association. He has also appeared on TV and has lectured on Identity Theft. He has been happily married since 2010. |
