Francisco D. Saviñon, Jr. is a trial attorney and associate of the firm focusing on personal injury litigation; in particular, automobile accidents, construction accidents, products liability, premises liability, and general negligence cases. Mr. Saviñon also practices in the areas of landlord/tenant law, real estate transactions, estates, wills and trusts, and matrimonial law (including divorce, custody, support, and maintenance proceedings). Mr.
Saviñon graduated from Binghamton University in 2003
with a B.A. in politics, philosophy and law, and received his J.D. in 2006
from Syracuse University, where he was Associate
Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and Treasurer
of the Latin American Law Student Association.
Mr. Saviñon provides full time assistance and support to the senior partners of the firm, and is primarily responsible for pretrial and trial preparation, depositions, appellate and motion practice, and pleading matters. As a fluent Spanish speaker, Mr. Saviñon also serves as liaison between the firm and the Spanish-speaking community. He is an experienced trial attorney whose efforts have resulted in significant verdicts and settlements for the firm. |
