firm has a broad litigation practice, focusing on business disputes. We
regularly try cases in the state and federal courts, arbitrate before all
the major tribunals and administrative agencies, and mediate before
court-annexed and private industry ADR tribunals and prepare and argue
appeals. We are recognized as tough and effective litigators. Our peers
