Our clients range in size and sophistication and are involved in a variety of industries. They include multinational publicly-traded companies, local privately-owned businesses as well as sole proprietors, executives, family partnerships and small start-up and early stage businesses. We act as General Counsel to a listed multi-national corporation and are familiar with Sarbanes-Oxley, Trading with the Enemies Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Patriot Act and UN Convention of Sale of International Goods. Our diversified industry experience includes bio technology, business consulting and training, chemicals, clinical research organizations, computer hardware and software, electronics, entertainment and the arts, environmental services, health care, heavy and light equipment manufacturing, information providers, insurance, restaurants, retail, and vitamin and nutritional supplements. We have handled, drafted and negotiated international contracts in a variety of areas including contracts in distributorships, restrictive covenants, shareholder agreements, sales agreements, compliance with the Uniform Commercial Code. We have provided general counsel to companies and have worked closely with senior managers and personal on both the legal and business sides. |
