| We handle all facets of labor and employment law, including preventive labor relations, union organizational campaigns, collective bargaining, contract administration, and dispute resolution before national, state and local agencies and arbitration tribunals. We also litigate in all courts and administrative agencies that investigate or regulate employment discrimination, wage and hour claims and other workplace issues. We also provide preventive services, such as investigations of misconduct and counseling concerning downsizing, plant closings, reorganizations and terminations. |
