Stanley H. Fischer, a founding partner of Fischer and Burstein P.C., presently serves as “of counsel” to the firm. He began his law career at New York University where he earned his J.D. in 1967. For nearly 50 years, he has handled issues and disputes ranging from multi-national mergers and acquisitions involving multi-national companies, major litigation, and general corporate work, to helping individuals with estates, trusts, wills, and general practice matters. A skilled and highly sought after litigator, Mr. Fischer’s accolades include receiving the American Jurisprudence Prize in trial practice.

Mr. Fischer is a member of various professional committees including the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Nassau County Bar. He has been admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States; the United States Tax Court; the United States Court of International Trade; the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and the Courts of the State of New York.
